Kid Stuff

This routine has GREATLY improved our sweet SPD & ADHD boy’s focus & attitude throughout the day… he gets about 8 oz of coffee after breakfast & multivitamin (Check out First Day for kids vitamins), then after lunch he get 2 Calm chocolate supplements and an hour before bed he gets 1 Sleep chocolate supplement (check out Good Day)… big transformations once e figured this routine out
I have so much fun planning and executing play dates🥰this was our cookie and gingerbread house ones
Our oldest is getting way too grown too fast… but how proud of the smart little man he’s turning into. He wanted lemonade but we were out. He saw the lemons and said we could just make it🥰great math learning moment too😉
Painting Nutcrackers for the Holidays🤗I LOVE LOVE doing stuff instead of getting stuff😉
A cardboard box…. still the most beloved child toy, over anything (notice a baby ballpit🤷‍♀️)
I love these hanging basket-thingies for storing all the kids little action figures and small toys
Let them help!! It may a LOT (& I do mean a lot) longer to get the task done but it gets them more involved & you will have fun memories together
A little something I do that I got from my mom & took to the extreme… for everyone’s birthday I choose a theme and the stay up late to outfit the entire house in said theme (yes even my spouse for his day)… it’s not a ton but it solidifies that the day is just theirs🤗(even though we celebrate for a week lol) Kain’s this year was Sonic can you tell😉💙🦔
Fun little gift bags for the kid’s classmates… stickers, homemade fruit juice gummies, & silly red Mickey straws
LOVE this little I 💗 You Because board I got from Pottery Barn🥰You can probably make your own but I got mine on sale & love that I can reuse it every year with new sayings & treats for our kiddos.
For our little Princess Kayla birthday… she is very much girl energy & wanted everything princess👸even had 3 feet tall princess balloons throughout the house

Need an activity to keep the kids entertained that’s also educational… try playing Color Monster😏❤🧡💛💚💙💜 Choose one person to be the ‘monster’ and the monster chooses what color can stop them. This leaves everyone else left to run and find something in what color can stop the monster. So it’s great for gross motor skills and color recognition in different objects.

Love these little Geode kits🤗kids live to hammer and cracking these open is a great way to start a natural science ‘lesson’
So old school and yet still so much fun!! Exploding volcanoes🌋if you don’t have a volcano take a tall glass and using aluminum foil wrap the glass to look like one. Place on a baking sheet to catch the mess, then mix food coloring and baking soda in the bottom of the volcano, add vinegar and boom😉
Every meal is better when it’s a picnic (inside or out)

Run out of bubble solution, bet you have the ingredients to make your own. You want to mix up 2 tablespoons sugar with 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Next add 3 cups water (I usually make it warm to let the powders dissolve quicker) and finally 1 cup dish soap-Dawn works best but any will do. Stir it all together & bam, bubble time. This solution does work best if its mixed then has a chance to sit for an hour or more.

Love having ‘popsicle sticks puzzles for the kids… you can make them yourself and make them double-sides for extra fun
Potty prizes for the win🤗We started with tiny prizes for every successful potty in the toilet then progress to large prizes for all day use😉
Waterbeads are SO fun AND great for Sensory Play🤗couldn’t resist dumping an entire pack of 5000+ into a kiddy pool😄everyone enjoyed it, mommy too
Let them dress up, it makes life so much more entertaining
I LOVE magnetic building kits! They seriously boost those engineer brains😏
Strengthening those pinscher grasp muscles… using tongs to transfer ice😉
Dress up….all day every day…. today we are going to moon 🌙
