Gawd I LOVE getting older!!! I know it’s an unpopular opinion but I truly love growing older because of everything that comes with it. As a mom I see growing older as time to make memories with my nuggets. Create core memories that they will be remembering long past when I’m food for the earth. I get to watch my little loves grow and turn into even more amazing little humans, what a present indeed🤗🥰

I have been embracing the Give No F*cks Forties for a while now and am loving every mi ute. One thing I wanted to do, show off the glorious piece of artwork I got done. I finally got my back tattoo cover-up done and I’m in constant awe of how it turned out.

Here’s to 40+ years of the same energy and ALL the adventures

Well my kids are keeping me busy this year that’s for sure. Anyone else feel like they are swimming in circles, so much so that you make a whirlpool. And whirlpools are fun for a while, right? But after a while you get nauseous and want out…. I think my whirlpool is stuck on high for the year already😆🤪

No but seriously! So much going on and life is not stopping for no one. My youngest boy turned 9 and my oldest girl is about to turn to 7. These kids help remind me to love my inner child and to keep exploring and trying new things. We rode the Snoqualmie historic train to the falls and into town🥰🚂It was so fun, everyone felt like a kid again, we would all highly recommend…. and now we are gearing up to try rock climbing! Never a dull moment in my realm🫶

So this last year was a huge one for me in so many ways….. therapy had me realize my 16 year relationship with my partner was not a healthy one for me to stay in, not for myself or my children. So I’m finding my new normal, getting g into new routines and keeping these precious little spirits thriving while I navigate these new chapters.

That’s what life is, a story of our own deciding…. we choose the characters we want to stay in our story and how our plot lines will twist and turn. You can’t always predict who or what the universe is going to send your way but you can choose how you let it all effect you. . . . So I’m re-writing my story to make sure it’s filled with love, happiness, trust, faith and excitement all the way to the last page!

So I’m going to buckle down this year…. I’ll be posting it all I promise! My recipes–GAWD I have SO many yummy new ones😋I’ll be sharing my farm updates because I’ve got a farm growing! I’m opening my cafe this year so all that information will be here. And if you like I’ll keep you updated on what life is like once free from a very unhealthy relationship, one where I almost lost myself completely. So far, I’ve found my little inner girl and I plan on making her f*cking proud!!

So this last year I thought I was going to buckle down and get this site to where I wanted. Life had other plans, oh boy did she😵‍💫

I will create a post detailing everything but so much has happened its going to take a minute to get it all down– and SO much is STILL going on🤪

I will say, I have truly found my voice and power again and it feels amazing 👏 I feel like myself again for the first time in along while. It has to do with a ton of lifestyle changes , some small and some HUGE & scary, that I’ve made and continue to make…. but O how sweet the reward🫶

So much has happened but that’s life🤪 We’ve had back to back birthdays and non-stop good times. Then our beautiful baby German Shepherd girl came home to us🥰so life is beyond crazy

But I did take my first ever girls trip!!! It was so amazing my sides & cheeks still hurt in the best possible way

In my healing journey I have found so much comfort in trying new snacks and switching up my diet and exercise…. im currently kind of obsessed with early morning workouts and juicing🥰😋but this new snack, dates stuffed with cashews🤯so yummy! Hope everyone is enjoying their journeys & discovering new joys

So a LOT has happened…. We got a lil puppy and cannot believe how easily she has blended into the family but also melted our hearts🥰

We also got to celebrate our you gest boy Kain turning 8!?🤯 Seriously where did the time go!! He is still the sweet loving boy that was my baby, just getting to be a beast😄

Hope everyone is completely crushing 2023…. we are kicking butts and taking names😎

Well we snuck away to the mountains, Leavenworth Washington to be precise and so glad we did. It was a literal winter wonderland with the town getting over three feet the night before we came.

I tried a new hobby, cross country skiing. It is so wonderful but I definitely need lessons and practice 😆can’t wait to take the dogs next season, when I’m seasoned.

And yes, we got another member to the family. A new German Shepherd puppy!! Ms Betty Boop and she is just the sweetest most perfect addition, we all are in love.

I’ve also been experimenting with my juice recipes, and have to say my staple fave is still top😋💚I posted my variations in the Recipes page
