As a mom of multiples making sure I get some sort of down time for myself is not always easily done. However, I have noticed that if I stick to a routine of doing regular things for myself I truly feel better about myself and bit more recharged and ready to tackle the inevitable fits that occur daily. For me its getting my nails done💅 I have been to many salons up here and have found my gem of a lady (they have two that are great but I love my one girl😉)at Vanity Lash Lounge. I make sure I book myself an appointment every three weeks typically and get my sitter on board. It’s not a lot of time away but enough for me to recharge and feel a bit pampered every month. If you aren’t getting yourself at least one trip out of the house a month, change that! You and your family will benefit from it, I cannot stress this enough💗
