Sorry if you can’t hear my breaths but it was 6am and I didn’t want to talk through the video and wake the kids LOL

I try to take two breaths for every pose I do to maximize my stretch and to wake myself up even more. I also try to do this first thing in the morning to really wake myself up…but I will be honest some mornings it doesn’t happen.
So I wanted to post this video to give a visual of what I was talking about with my AB ROUTINE description. This is the only ab workout I do and I will usually try to do this right after my salutation. Sorry if you can’t hear too much, again it was 6am and I was trying to not wake everyone.
