The complete planning package is perfect for couples who feel like they need professional advice or help with the entire wedding planning package.

*Unlimited consultations, phone calls & emails throughout the planning process

*Assistance with budget

*Creation of vision board with your colors and themes for your wedding

*Month to month checklists

*Research accommodations for out-of-town guests, (transportation, hotels)

*Assist bride, groom and wedding party with attire selection

*Assistance with ordering wedding stationary: invitations, save the dates, menus, name cards, programs, etc.

*Schedule interviews with all prospective vendors

*Attend vendor meetings/tastings

*Review all venue and vendor contracts

*Final walk through of venue for design and logistical planning

*Confirm day of arrival and departure times with all vendors two weeks prior to wedding day

*Detailed wedding day timeline creation. This will be distributed to all vendors/family/bridal party

*Greet and coordinate vendors, wedding party & guests on the day of wedding

*Keep wedding party on task on the day of wedding

*1 hour of attending and coordinating rehearsal

*Ensure all vendors are ready for big moments (caterer, DJ, photographer, videographer)

*Oversee and help with ceremony and reception setup & tear down

*Placement of items that may not be handled by vendors: guest book, favors, programs, etc.

*Ensure end of event arrangements are made for gifts, toasting flutes, guest book, etc.

*Provide wedding day “emergency kit”

*Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors if needed

This package includes everything. This package is for the couple that wants to be more hands off with the planning. You make the decisions; we do the behind the scenes work.
