Wowza!!! Holidays, and back to back to back to back😳 birthdays, followed by the kids going back to in person schooling, plus our younger boy having to get COVID tested and have ear surgery, then top that with me fighting off a sinus infection…. I have fallen way way behind on my baby, my website. Hopefully things start to settle down, I have SO MANY new recipes and tips to post! Maybe a coffee then wine fueled long day & night🥴…. stay tuned

I graduated from Chico State University to become a PE teacher and substitute elementary teacher, only to be able to switch my profession and use my knowledge when I became a mother. Now I am trying to raise our growing brood of two (and four) legged babies to be the well rounded and respectful future generation we need.
