Well like many of you out there the Pandemic hit me hard, maybe in the same way as you maybe differently. Dealing with loss and unresolved trauma is never easy but the journey is necessary for healing. I’m still on my journey but hopefully will be ready to start adding to this again, because man do I have some awesome tips & epic recipes. Just need to put my head back on, even if it’s a little crooked🤪

Man…. I truly thought when the boys went back to full time at school things would settle down a bit… HA!🥴Nope, then baseball started for 3 out of the 4… soon I promise, because I have way too many recipes to post-food, health & baby too😉stay tuned…

Wowza!!! Holidays, and back to back to back to back😳 birthdays, followed by the kids going back to in person schooling, plus our younger boy having to get COVID tested and have ear surgery, then top that with me fighting off a sinus infection…. I have fallen way way behind on my baby, my website. Hopefully things start to settle down, I have SO MANY new recipes and tips to post! Maybe a coffee then wine fueled long day & night🥴…. stay tuned

So the holidays flew by and our winter break came & went without much of a break🎄🎅☃️. Is it just Mr or did kids used to getmore time off for the holiday🤔School never went back to in person instruction so just doing the grind📚🤪…

Seems like the entire country lost its dang mind for a bit😶but now seems as though things might finally be starting to turn around for the better🤗💙 we have a long a$$ way to go but hopefully we can all try to lead with love 💘

I did do a thing as some say and start the year with a new color😏💜I’m also trying to get on here more so I’vescheduled worktime now. I have a TON of new recipes I made over the holidays I want to get on here, and I’ll show my hair process💁‍♀️.

So we never went back to in person learning 😒😫but we did find a new movie Over the Moon and its a keeper☺ Trying to stay positive and not hit the wall but its hard, so very hard, as I’m sure many of you parents know😔🧮📚

GOOD NEWS though is the election was finally called. It’s results may be fought and lawsuits may have been filed but Hey, we finally have a step in the right direction. A step towards unity, freedom-true freedom, equality, a chance to end racism and misogyny, towards helping not harming the earth and just a plain step towards doing the right thing, kindness, love💘 good news indeed…🥰

End of remote learning that is!!!🙌👏😄COVID, who the hell knows😶😷but at least in another month I won’t be wanting to pull my hair out while crying and laughing simultaneously 🥴hope everyone is faring well, don’t forget to keep checking in on your loved ones💝

Well we were going to go down and visit family in California but it’s being hit hard by fire season and the entire state has fire chicken pox😔🔥If you have any energy left please send it that way, California sure could use it. So between our coo coo twinkie president, to this virus, to quarantine and social distance, and murder hornets, if you have anything left to give 😶please send California all your positive energy

These last few months have been SO intense & crazy🤪We finished up our homeschooling-as so many others have too-which involved quite a few virtual IEP meetings for our sensitive boy. If you don’t know they are Individual Education Plans that are discussed with teachers, school counselors & therapist as well as the parent. They are used to help children and young adults that need a bit extra classroom assistance. So those were long and intense but had amazing outcomes🤗📚🧮

We also finally found a home we all love, bought it and moved in🙌🏡Have a few more boxes to unpack but need some more shelving installed first, then we are fully settled. The kids are finally all settled in their own rooms and actually sleeping in them at night🤯All you parents know what a feat that it. Even our wolfie boy Titus has his own room & run🤎🐶

AND ontop of all that we even had our first guest🙃a friend and her daughter stayed with us for an entire week through the 4th of July. And all I got to say is the community of Flowing Lake WA goes crazy insane epically big for July 4th celebrations with fireworks 🎆

I hope everyone’s summer has been good even with this new normal we are all still adjusting to. It’s been a huge change adjusting the kids to facemasks and learning to give extra space for social distancing 😷but it won’t be like this forever…stay strong, stay safe, stay sane and most importantly stay healthy out there💗

Well it definitely wasn’t the birthday celebration he was wanting but I think we made it an epic time. I took a friend’s idea and ran with it and we threw a campout for our boy⛺inside the house because of he awesome Pacific Northwest weather. It went along perfect with the big gift daddy got him, a big boy quad. For a quarantine birthday it was pretty cool. We spent the day enjoying prizes and tearing up our property on the quads while enjoying a clear day before the rains came in and forced us back to our campsite inside, for stars on the ceiling and a sleepingbag popcorn night filled with family fun. These kids are growing up too fast…I hope everyone is managing this time well💌
