Ok maybe I’m late to this party but I’m so excited to be here😄

I recently discovered that you can pop the top of those little AirWick room fragrance thingy-s….. So instead of tossing them save those bad biscuits! I popped theophylline then filled it with coconut oil (if you’re new here this is my staple, I’m just nuts about it😉 then I added a TON of Spearmint & Papaya essential oil and boom! The girls bathroom smells amazing again (and not like diapers). It’s not as noticeable a color because I use real oils and no one needs to add food coloring. Although you could add coloring if you really want🌈 How perfect for the season change to swap out those room fragrances. My fave fall scent to mix up : Vanilla, Palo Santo, & Cedar🍂🍁

Still processing through things these days but I have a great wellness team helping me. I recently got some amazing advice, I’m sure a lot of people have gotten but I thought I’d share. If you find yourself going down that “what if” rabbit hole regarding others, know this: other’s people journeys are not about you, it’s not about you.

Some would argue this point a lot but if you meditate on it you might find you have an “a ha” moment. I look at this saying asmeaning a lot. You can’t let other’s choices effect you all you can do is help them to better themselves along their journey.

Well like many of you out there the Pandemic hit me hard, maybe in the same way as you maybe differently. Dealing with loss and unresolved trauma is never easy but the journey is necessary for healing. I’m still on my journey but hopefully will be ready to start adding to this again, because man do I have some awesome tips & epic recipes. Just need to put my head back on, even if it’s a little crooked🤪

Man…. I truly thought when the boys went back to full time at school things would settle down a bit… HA!🥴Nope, then baseball started for 3 out of the 4… soon I promise, because I have way too many recipes to post-food, health & baby too😉stay tuned…

Wowza!!! Holidays, and back to back to back to back😳 birthdays, followed by the kids going back to in person schooling, plus our younger boy having to get COVID tested and have ear surgery, then top that with me fighting off a sinus infection…. I have fallen way way behind on my baby, my website. Hopefully things start to settle down, I have SO MANY new recipes and tips to post! So the holidays flew by and our winter break came & went without much of a break🎄🎅☃️. Is it just Mr or did kids used to getmore time off for the holiday🤔School never went back to in person instruction so just doing the grind📚🤪…

Seems like the entire country lost its dang mind for a bit😶but now seems as though things might finally be starting to turn around for the better🤗💙 we have a long a$$ way to go but hopefully we can all try to lead with love 💘

I did do a thing as some say and start the year with a new color😏💜I’m also trying to get on here more so I’vescheduled worktime now. I have a TON of new recipes I made over the holidays I want to get on here, and I’ll show my hair process💁‍♀️.

So we never went back to in person learning 😒😫but we did find a new movie Over the Moon and its a keeper☺ Trying to stay positive and not hit the wall but its hard, so very hard, as I’m sure many of you parents know😔🧮📚

GOOD NEWS though is the election was finally called. It’s results may be fought and lawsuits may have been filed but Hey, we finally have a step in the right direction. A step towards unity, freedom-true freedom, equality, a chance to end racism and misogyny, towards helping not harming the earth and just a plain step towards doing the right thing, kindness, love💘 good news indeed…🥰

End of remote learning that is!!!🙌👏😄COVID, who the hell knows😶😷but at least in another month I won’t be wanting to pull my hair out while crying and laughing simultaneously 🥴hope everyone is faring well, don’t forget to keep checking in on your loved ones💝
